The Airport’s goal is to get all stakeholders who are affected by such events to be a part of the Unified Command Team. This includes but is not limited to Airport Operations, Transportation Security Administration, Police, Fire, airline partners, tenants and contractors. Representatives to the Unified Command Team need to be able to focus entirely on the situation at hand and be able to commit resources as needed. This video was designed to educate all of Sky Harbor’s airport partners on the importance of actively participating in the UCT as needed depending on the situation.
